The process is simple and involves just one call to our experienced Client Services team and a dedicated Clinical Excellence Coordinator is appointed to the case ensuring the following:

  1. Comprehensive Collaborative Assessment
  2. Determine the costs involved in delivering the package
  3. Finalise a Regal Health Plan considering the needs of the individuals, funding bodies, carers and the healthcare team, effectively managing all stakeholder expectations
  4. Keeping all parties informed of services, from implementation of Service plan, through to variances in visit time, for service providers throughout the episode.
  5. A Regal Clinical Excellence Coordinator keeps in touch and monitors services throughout the period, providing necessary feedback, keeping all parties informed and involved.
