DVA & Regal

Regal has been a trusted provider working with the Department of Veterans Affairs since 1966

"As the grand-daughter of a soldier who served in both World War l and World War ll, I feel privileged to lead a home health service that cares for so many whose lives have been impacted by war" says Anna.

"I had three uncles who served in World War ll who have shared with me their many experiences of war and wisdoms passed down through generations. I am grateful for the many sacrifices our war veterans have made that allow us our freedom today.”

How do I make a referral for Community Nursing?

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) provides entitled veterans and war widow/widowers (entitled persons) with access to a range of quality health care and related services, including community nursing services, at DVA’s expense. DVA provides access to community nursing services to meet an entitled person’s assessed clinical and/or personal care needs in their own home under the DVA Community Nursing Program. As a requirement by DVA, services must have a current valid referral from an authorised referral source.
