Excellence is the driving force at Regal. Our performance is continuously monitored to ensure that all services are integrated, with continuity of care a central focus for our clients' experience with our service.
Regal is regularly surveyed by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards for the benefit of our clients and was the first private Community Nursing and Allied Health service in Australia to be accredited in 1994. Anna M Shepherd, CEO, worked with the industry to establish Community Nursing within the hospital accreditation program.
