Here’s how we do it

Once you are appointed a Clinical Excellence Coordinator, they will provide you with:

  • A comprehensive collaborative assessment
  • A determination of the costs involved in delivering the package
  • A Regal Health Plan, which takes into account the needs of the individual, funding bodies, carers and the healthcare team, and effectively manages all stakeholder expectations
  • Regular communication of information to all parties
  • A Regal Clinical Excellence Coordinator keeps in touch and monitors services throughout the period, providing necessary feedback, keeping all parties informed and involved.
